It was a great February getting to know the creative side of pole again, it's not always about the tricks but about how we string them together.

For the month of February I try to follow Vertical Vixen SA, the founder of this awesome challenge! I managed to get my ladies that I have been training to join. Thankfully this was in the warmer months, the garage space was kind.

It has been a fabulous year staying motivated to teach what I love so much. The ladies that have joined me here have really made pole special again, I remember starting this discipline because of the people I was meeting via the journey, the added strength and fitness was just a bonus.

Who knew starting this journey in Johannesburg in 2011 would make me so rich in friendships.

I have left a load of good friends behind but follow them all online and via IG.

The pole family will always be just a click away!
