Classes

An introduction to Pole fitness, this includes dance moves, basic spins, transitions and floor work

This class will include strength, flexibility and endurance.

Level 1, Level 2 and conditioning

Prices

Pole Fitness:

Concession Card - $90.00 for 5 lessons - pole classes only

Concession Card - $180.00 for 12 lessons - pole classes only

Drop in (Casual) - $20.00 

Open Practice - $10.00 

Private lesson - $60.00 - (at your own home travel rates will apply as well as available space)

Powerhoop:

Concession Card - $60 for 5 lessons - Powerhoop classes only (30min class)

Powerhoop - $15.00 per class

Fitness:

Concession card - $50 for 5 lessons - HIIT Classes

HIIT - $10.00 per class (25 - 30min class)

 

Group Sessions - 1 Hour duration
Private Sessions - 1 Hour duration

Private lesson - $60.00 at Studio

Private lesson at your own home can be arrange for a max of 2 people. 

1 person $60.00 plus travel

2 person $80.00 plus travel

HIIT and Powerhoop Classes
Open Pole Class

This will still contain a good warm up and conditioning session, here you can take what you have learnt and practise making it perfect, with some help.

Have you tried a HIIT or Powerhoop class?

HIIT classes (High intensity interval training) The idea is that you do short periods of all-out work followed by short periods of active rest to make the body work harder than it does during steady-state cardio. My classes are aimed at roughly 20 - 30min sessions.

Powerhoop is such a fun way to get into shape. You can Powerhoop in the comfort of your own home or join us for a class to get some tips and trick or better yet socialise and have some fun.
