January - Get Up & Move
It has been a tough start to the new year, these little goals I have set for myself get challenging mid week.
I do feel I had more energy at the beginning of the week that what I had come Saturday.
I woke up at 9:45am on Saturday morning, I hate sleeping late find it such a waste. Sadly the night before saw two glasses of red wine while watching the Sky City Breakers... I love red wine...
A bit more of a week eating cleaner and I have managed to shed 2kg's, if I stay on this track and keep up with the Hiit sessions I have been doing it will be awesome.
Need to go visit the pole studios in the city again soon.
